G.I. Joe - a Real American Hero. Yo Joe! Though stereotypical boy`s cartoon show, what made the show great is the broad cast of characters each with their own history and personalities. Of course good guys fighting bad guys in cool outfits and ditto vehicles was a bonus point, along with the accompanying action figure line. |
Region 1
The two mini series have been released as a 2-disc set. A limited version of this 2-disc set is also available. The limited version has a Snake Eye action figure with it.
Season 1 has been complete released as two separate boxes by Rhino.
Season 2 part 1 is also out. As has been mentioned on the Jem & The Holograms page Rhino won`t be releasing any G.I. Joe cartoons in the (near) future as they`ve lost the license. So it is unknown wether or not the remaining episodes will be released on dvd.
G.I. Joe the Movie is also availabe on dvd, as a movie only disc and a special edition version with extras.
I`m going to forget about the crappy CGI Valor vs. Venom, as I suggest you do also.
