Inspector Gadget
Though the set up for the cartoon show was quite simple, Inspector Gadget was nevertheless one of the better cartoon shows from the 80s.
Each episode Inspector Gadget had to foil another scheme from Dr. Claw who was intent on taking over the world and destroying Gadget. And each episode Gadget would screw it up and his niece Penny along with her pet dog Brain, would save the day and dr. Claw would loose but get away. In short that was the plot for each episodes, but still I kept watching.

That crappy UaV Corporation has released 2 loose volumes each with a couple of episodes. Did I mention that UaV sucks big time?
But UaV has fortunately lost the licence to Inspector Gadget, and Shout Factory has picked it up. And in April 2006 has released a box set with the first 22 episodes.

There`s also a CGI version of Inspector Gadget released on DVD in September 2005. But because I`m against the rape of cartoons, I would advise not to buy this piece of crap.
